Our stringent recruitment process works in four stages. Typically speaking, it starts with a telephone interview, in-person interview and case study followed by time spent shadowing our trainers before successfully onboarding.

As the gym owner, you can be as much or as little involved as you see fit. Our aim is to find you the right candidate, once they pass four stages of our screening process we will then organize a time for a sit down interview with yourself before making a decision as to whether this is the right person for the club.

We’re constantly hiring. As such, if for any reason the candidate brought forward isn’t the right fit we will seek another.

We do what we do because as club owners, we understand that you already have a whole gym to manage. As such, by outsourcing the responsibility of recruitment, management and development of the trainers that come through you get more of your time back to focus on the things that matter most.
