The Grow Your People workshops gave us insights into our own personalities and management styles.  This enabled us to identify our strengths and weaknesses and where to focus our energies in our business.  It also gave us insight and more understanding of our key employees’ personalities and management styles.

The purpose of the program, for us, was to add a Human Resources Plan to our existing business plan.  Given that we are in a service business where payroll and HR costs account for the largest portion of our expenses, we derived significant benefits in maximizing our HR output.
